SHIPPING TIMES

Getting you your order of goodies from The Island Body quickly is our priority! Please note, most orders will ship within 1-2 business days from our Florida or Georgia location. *Weekends and holidays are not business days.

Once your order ships, we will notify you by email with confirmation and tracking info. Because we ship with US Postal Service (USPS), we can ship to a PO BOX, home, or business address.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on weight. Shipping rate is also determined by weight. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and most US/Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Free Shipping
We offer Free USA Shipping on all orders of $75 or more.

Sales Tax
We are a FL based company, and per Florida law we are required to charge Sales Tax, which is automatically factored into pricing.

Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, please be advised that all sales are considered final and requests for refunds will ONLY be granted in the following 2 cases: 1) an order that has not yet been shipped, or 2) an unopened package in its original state has been returned to us.

In the case of any refund request due to an error on our part, we’ll gladly issue a full refund plus the return shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel an order and request a refund, please contact us immediately. (see below for more details on order cancellation policy)

Cancelling an Order
Please be advised, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has shipped. So if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately (with your order #) and if your order has not yet shipped we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Lost/Damaged Package
All orders from our shop will receive USPS tracking number via email and please be advised that once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for products that may become damaged or lost in transit by USPS. In the unfortunate case that that your order is damaged or lost during transit you will need to contact USPS directly (or your local post office) and provide them with the necessary information to locate your package.
